| Purpose | A paintbooth provides a sealed enclosure in which a car can be painted and then baked at a temperature of 40 to 60`C as specified by the paint manufacturer.
The paint coat on a car painted in a paintbooth is as good as a factory finish. The glossiness and hardness achieved cannot be matched by any other method. |
| Highlights | As the car is painted inside the paintbooth, there is no chance of dust settling on the fresh paint coat.
Dust cannot enter the booth, as the blowers maintain a positive pressure inside the booth while the car is being painted. Baking temperature can be adjusted as per manufacturers recommendations. All the walls and ceiling panels are filled with fire resistant glass fiber that provides perfect insulation. Top quality, fire retardant acrylic is used for the filters. No water is used for collection of paint residue. Complete car painting, touch-up jobs, single overcoats and localised painting jobs can be carried out with equal ease. |
