Purpose	The machine develops a high-pressure water jet that can be used for washing cars. Areas covered with oil/grease can be washed directly with a hot water jet produced by the in built diesel fired burner.Painted areas of the car body can be sprayed with detergent prior to washing with the cold water jet.
Highlights	The machine develops water pressure of 110 bars using just 800 litres of water per hour, unlike conventional car washers that use 1500 to 2000 liters of water to develop a pressure of just 25 bars. Absolutely no vibration can be felt at the gun, due to the use of a sophiscated pulsation damper. The machine can be operated from the on-off trigger gun while at the washing bay. A vehicle can be completely washed in less than 20 minutes. The high-pressure jet enables fast,efficient cleaning of difficult to clean areas covered with dirt, grease,oil etc. The water jet is shaped like a flat fan that concentrates the water pressure along a line. Other car washers have a conical spray pattern that spreads the water jet over a wide area, reducing its efficency. Oil/ grease covered areas can be directly cleaned using the hot water jet. There is no need to first spray disel on the area as is normally done when using other car washers.
