Highlights A tyre changer makes it easy to remove an old tyre from a wheel rim without causing any damage to the rim. Tyres on expensive alloy rims can be replaced with no damage to the rim only with the use of a tyre changer. A tyre can be replaced and inflated to the correct pressure in less than five minutes with minium physical assistance from the operator. Four jaws clamp the wheel securely in place while the tyre is being replaced.
