Purpose	Modern  cars  travel  at  high  speeds  exceeding  80 Km/h.  At  such  high speeds,  car  wheels  that  are  not  balanced  can  cause  excessive  steering wheel  wobble  that  makes  the  car  difficult  to  control  at  high  speeds. It can also cause excessive tyre and suspension parts wear. Balancing  of  tyres  increases  tyre  life  and also  eliminates  steering  wheel wobble at high speeds.
Highlights	The machine is safe to use as the wheel rotates at just 300 rpm as compared to 500 rpm on other machines. The maximum weight of the wheel that can be balanced is 65 Kgs as compared to 45 Kgs on other machines. The machine stores data for 64 different types of wheel rims that can be selected from the keypad. There is no need to re-enter the wheel rim data whenever the machine is to be used as is common on other machines. All data is displayed in an easy to understand format on the 14" colour monitor. The operator can calibrate the machine with an ordinary wheel rim. There is no need to open the machine to adjust settings on the PCB as is common on other balancers.
